C.S.R. (Corporate Social Responsibility)

Through the C.S.R. programs we help companies to get involved in the community through social, community projects, helping disadvantaged categories.

In this sense, we collaborate with several NGOs, to identify the needs that exist at a certain moment (furnishings for schools, for the homes of disadvantaged people) or we can make different objects that can be easily used in different community projects (benches for school yard, school library shelves, furniture items that can be used in nature or in campsites).

The team works together to support non-profit organizations or community projects, and these actions develop team spirit and bring positive social impact. This increases the commitment of team members and improves the image of the organization in the eyes of the community and customers.

The program starts with CSR awareness and education sessions. The program can also touch on the topic of managing resources responsibly so as to minimize negative impacts on the environment and community.

A CSR team building program not only benefits the team in terms of strengthening relationships, but also contributes to the self-esteem of each participant, to the awareness that each person’s acts of generosity matter.

Greening

Greening actions and activities are an increasingly common practice among large or small companies, their purpose being to clean the environment, raise awareness among participants about the impact that people have on the environment, raise awareness of the importance of managing resources responsibly, so that to minimize the negative impact on the environment and the community.

In this sense, we organize environmental waste collection programs for companies that want to get involved in having a cleaner world, by involving employees in actions to collect waste from nature.

A teambuilding program on this theme combines fun with accountability. These activities will not only strengthen the team, but also encourage members to become more environmentally conscious and responsible, understanding the footprint our society leaves on the environment.

The program can be carried out either in the area of a certain tourist route, or on a certain portion of the Crișului (with rafting boats), or in another area, depending on the area where the need to intervene is greater.

What is an outdoor team building?
